Mathias Lee received his education from NC State University where he studied from 1997 until 2001. In addition, he attended Wingate University where he received his BS in Business Management in 2004. Mathias began in the powder handling and process equipment industry at Spiroflow Systems, Inc. in 2005. While there, he worked directly under one of the pioneers in the industry, Michel Podevyn. Consequently, Mathias excelled in his ability to learn and correctly apply concepts and equipment to applications for conveying, packaging, storing, batching, blending, and emptying products in a variety of industries. His career with Spiroflow spanned approximately 10 years. In that time he advanced from Sales Development to Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In addition, Mathias helped Spiroflow significantly grow its revenue in his time in their employ. Furthermore, he helped with new product development and customer satisfaction and retention.
In February of 2016 Mathias founded Lee Process Equipment, Inc.

Lee Process Equipment, Inc. is a full-service Representative and Consulting Agency. It covers the entire states of North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. Lee Process Equipment has been involved in successful projects for the food, chemical, recycling, plastics markets. Additional projects were in agriculture, precious metals, mining, and building products markets. They provide simple components like sensors, flexible, connectors, or valves. Also, they provide comprehensive ingredient batching and processing lines. Lee Process Equipment, Inc. currently represents Allgaier Process, Spiroflow, Lorenz, Gough Econ. He also represents ARL Products (BFM Connectors), MixSys, Monitor, Custom Advanced Connections, and Rotolok Global. When not working, Mathias enjoys spending time on the farm with his wife Elizabeth and two sons Harry (10) and Jack (5). They enjoy hunting and fishing along with raising free range livestock.

A resident of Wilmington, North Carolina, Gary was born and raised on the eastern shore of Virginia and graduated with a mechanical engineering degree from Virginia Tech. With 20+ years of technical sales, engineering, and project support covering dry material handling and processing, He will be working with all manufacturing industries, including chemical, food, pharmaceutical, plastic, and aggregate. |
During his long career, Gary has developed extensive knowledge of material handling with a specialty in pneumatic conveying that our customers can rely on. He will handle all account east of I-95 and North of I-64.
In his spare time, Gary enjoys home construction projects, golfing, fishing, mixing up cocktails, and spending time outdoors.
